Bulldogs to debut new PA system

Andalusia football fans will have a little something to cheer about this week when the Bulldogs host Straughn – a brand new PA system.

Superintendent Ted Watson told board members Monday that fans are accustomed to not being able to hear the 1,000 watt system.

“We went with 4,000 watts,” he said. “We’ve got a brand new system.”

The board:

• Renewed its Medicaid administration claim (MAC) program agreement.

• Hired Sharon Jones as a bus driver, replacing Candace Hudson, who resigned.

• Set its next board meeting for Mon., Nov. 16.
