Catherine Worrell Cravey
Catherine W. Cravey, 72, of Florala, died Sunday, October 12, 2003 in an Opp health care facility. A native of Covington County, she was the daughter of the late John Worrell and Bernice Aplin Worrell. She was the widopw of the late Riley C. (Bud) Cravey who died in 1959. She was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church and retired from Franklin Ferguson Company in Florala several years ago.
Survivors are her daughters, Dianne Dunn of Laurel Hill, Fla., Burma Bonds and husband Gary of Mobile; sons, David Cravey and wife Ginger of Red Level, Lane Cravey and wife Sherrie of Florala; sisters, Jewell Donnel of Opp and May Hudson of Florala; brothers, Thomas Worrell of Lockhart and Hinton Worrell of Opp; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2003 at Evans Funeral Home with Rev. William Aplin, Johnny Wayne Cravey and Chaplin David Sims, hospice officiating. Burial followed in the New Hope Cemetery.
T. D. Mills
T. D. Mills, 84, of Babbie died Monday, October 13, 2003 in Dothan.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2003 at Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Babbie Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Quleen Boutwell Mills of Babbie; sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis & Barbara Mills Gantt, Danny and Joan Mills of Babbie, Doyle Mills of Babbie; sister, Tiny Terry of Phenix City; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
