Emmett L. Travis

Emmett L. Travis, 69, of McKenzie, died Monday, November 24, 2003.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2003 from Welcome Cemetery with Dr. Timothy Plant and Rev. David Sims officiating with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing.

Survivors include his wife, Faye Rodgers Travis of McKenzie; daughter, Diane Murphy (Henry) Williford of McKenzie; grandchildren, Jill Jeffcoat (Michael) Bledsoe of Madison and Jason (Leah) Jeffcoat of Clanton; great-grandchildren, Mitch and Reagan Bledsole of Madison and Korbyn Jeffcoat of Clanton; brother, Cary Travis of McKenzie; sister, Bessie Travis of Evergreen; and several nieces and nephews.
