Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

Nov. 10, 2011:

• Othan Bradley, 62, for contempt of court and held without bond.

• Kimberly Palmes, 47, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Kari Ann Stokes, 28, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug parpahernalia, second-degree possession of marijuana and driving while under the influence of a controlled substance. She was held on a $28,000 bond.

• Ebin E. Cosson, 29, for domestic violence/harassment and resisting arrest and held on a $43,000 bond.
