On Sunday, June 4, 2006, a special 90th birthday celebration will be held for Mr. William Edgar Meredith, who was born June 1, 1916.

The celebration will be held at Daphne Bayfront Park.

Mr. Meredith was a football coach at Brantley High School early in his career.

A family gathering will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a complete birthday party and birthday wishes with family and friends from 2:30 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Daphne, Ala., is on the east side of Mobile Bay. Bayfront Park is located approximately two miles south of I-10.
