Anthony#039;s home run seals win for Braves

Brandon Anthony blasted a fifth-inning home run Monday night to lift the Braves to victory over the Rangers via the mercy rule, 11-1, in Dixie Majors action.
Dusty Coker had a pair of singles for the Braves while Will Bowman and Kyle Nelson each scattered a single.
Andrew Phelps, Bowman and Nelson each scored two runs during the win, while Brady Newton, Brandon Burnette, Ty Newton and Coker each scored a run.
For the Rangers, Tereance Whittle, David Taylor and Justin Ray each had a hit and Andy Betterton scored the lone run for the losing team.
Andrew Phelps picked up the win for the Braves, striking out six while Whittle picked up the loss for the Rangers.
Mets 7, Devil Rays 4
Lynn Lewis had three hits, including two doubles, and scored two runs Monday night as the Mets downed the Devil Rays, 7-4.
Cory Johnson and Hunter Paul also each had doubles in the win, while Adam Moore and Scott Corley each had a single. Casey Weston, Stephen Croley, Adam Moore, Corley and Johnson each scored a run in the win.
The Rays were led offensively by Kevin Brogden's two hits, followed by Devin Cheatham's fifth-inning single. Adones Peterson scored two runs while Josh Stevens and Cheatham each scored a run in the loss.
