Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments

• Eric Hunter Wiley, 18, for two counts of third-degree burglary and second-degree theft of property and held on $30,000 bond.

• Charles Preston Petty, 66, on hold for another agency.

• Kimberly Blocker, 29, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• David Arnold Calloway, 63, for violation of probation and three counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Steven Christopher Taylor, 20, for first-degree theft of property and held on $20,000 bond.

• Donna G. Barefoot, 37, for six counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Tobe Eli Gautney, 38, for first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse, unlawful imprisonment and first-degree attempted sodomy and held on $475,000 bond.

• Luke Mark Popwell, 25, for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on $13,000 bond.

• Tiffany A. Riley, 21, on grand jury indictment and bondsman off bond and held on $100,000 bond.

• Levi Dustin Talbot, 30, for violation of probation and on hold for another agency and held without bond.

• Kenneth Lane Gore, 51, for two counts of failure to appear and holding or another agency and held without bond.

• Marquez D. Hilton, 21, for murder, attempted murder, throwing/shooting into occupied vehicle and held without bond.
