Marvin Glenn Lee Coxwell

Marvin Glenn Lee Coxwell, age 87, of Wing passed away Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 31, 1 p.m., at Bradley Assembly of God Church in Wing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Rev. Tommy Dubose will officiate. Interment will follow in the Old Bradley Assembly of God Cemetery. Full military honors will be provided by the U.S. Army.

Honorary pallbearers will be Lee Coxwell, Brian Earnest, Cameron Coxwell and Cade Coxwell.

He was the son of the late Marvin Onnice Coxwell and Roselle Lee Coxwell.

Left to cherish his memory are: a brother, Larry Coxwell (Nancy) of Alabaster, Alabama; nephew, Lee Coxwell (Michelle); niece, Marianne Earnest (Brian); and great nephews, Cameron Coxwell and Cade Coxwell.

He retired from the U.S. Army as an E8 Master Sergeant and served two tours in Vietnam. In his retirement, he enjoyed fishing and watching football.
