The Alabama Community College Conference announced its Fall 2024 Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with 67 LBW Saints represented on the list.

“LBW’s goal has and always will be to provide student-athletes the resources they need to succeed in their respective sport but most importantly in the classroom,” LBWCC President Dr. Brock Kelley said. “To make the Commissioner’s List speaks volumes of the sacrifice each athlete gives to their education and sport, and we are pleased to have as many athletes represented on the list. We look forward to their continued success in the classroom.”

In addition, the ACCC recognized five of LBW’s sports teams for earning a 3.0 GPA or higher for the fall 2024 semester. Those sports are baseball, men’s golf, women’s cross country, softball, and volleyball.
“These student-athletes and teams should be extremely proud of themselves as they have balanced academics with practice and games. I am very proud of them along with the faculty and staff at our amazing colleges for the work they do in preparing our student-athletes for life outside of athletics,” said ACCC Commissioner Dean Myrick.
