The Andalusia Adult Activity Center is seeking individuals who are interested in attending the Southern Broadway Dinner Theater in Enterprise this spring on Thursday, March 13.
The cost of the trip is $83 per person and includes meal, show, tip, and transportation with a deadline to pay set for Wednesday, Jan. 29. Once tickets have been purchased on the deadline, there will be no refunds.
Attendees will leave the activity center at 5 p.m. on the day of the event and indulge in a three-course meal. The first course will be garden salad with house-made ranch and warm Bavarian bread. The second course is roast beef skillet with roasted carrots and scalloped potatoes, buttery English peas, and sautéed mushrooms. The third course is peanut butter pub-grub pie.
Attendees will be treated to a show titled “Mystery at Dog Street Pub” written by Lydia Dillingham. It is a “noir” type mystery in the vein of a Humphrey Bogart film set in the post-war 1940s in Philadelphia.
According to the AAC, seats are limited and will only be held to those who have paid in full. Those who pay but are unable to go may have someone take their place as long as arrangements are made in advance. The person paying must notify the activity center with the name of the secondary person attending.
For more information call the Adult Activity Center at 334-222-6891 Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
