Mae’s Mutts joins Andalusia Chamber with ribbon cutting

The Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Mae’s Mutts on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

Attending were owners Robert and Elisa Bowling, cutting the ribbon; staff members Matthew Bowling, Lexy Bowling, Bethany Thompson, and Tammy Mount; AACC Executive Director Mellisa King, right of ribbon; AACC Director of Membership Services Maggie Holmes, left of ribbon; and Chamber board members Garret Bowers and Michelle Wunsh.

Located at 212 Huckleberry Street in Andalusia, Mae’s Mutts opened in 2018 and moved into its 8,000 sq.-ft. building with a 6,000 sq.-ft. play area on Oct. 24 this year. The building contains 59 suites and can hold over 200 dogs.

Services offered are pet boarding and grooming, daycare for dogs, equine, acupuncture therapy, on-site puppy training, and pet supplies.

A grand opening will be planned for March 2025.
