Andalusia City Administrator John Thompson on Wednesday signed proclamations honoring National Care at Home Month and National Hospice and Palliative Care Month in November.

Thompson is shown with employees of Aveanna Hospice, which provides hospice care in the Andalusia area, and LHC HomeCare, which provides home health services in the Andalusia area.

He expressed his appreciation for the help they provide when families need it most.
