Mr. Jason Lee Smith, 52, of Andalusia passed away Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 1, 11 a.m., at Mobley Creek Baptist Church with Bro. Dennis Knowles, Bro. Keith Parker, and Bro. Michael Peek officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Interment will follow in Thomasson Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

Mr. Lee is survived by his wife, Dawn Smith; three sons, Jayce Smith, Ayden Smith, and Colton Smith; mother, Bertie Mae Smith; two sisters, Janet Smith (Bill) Wofford and Lisa Smith; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

He is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Jimmy Smith.

Pallbearers will be Allen Gafford, Chris Curry, Rusty Patterson, Terry Gantt, Bill Wofford, and Eddie Williamson.
