A two-vehicle crash that occurred on Thursday, Sept. 12, at approximately 1 p.m. has resulted in the injury of a Dozier man.
ALEA Troopers say Karman D. Hollinghead Jr., 33, was seriously injured when the 2000 Jeep Wrangler he was driving was struck by the 2023 Ford Expedition driven by Willie L. Bradley Jr., 61, of Prattville. Troopers report Hollinghead was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash, was ejected and was transported to Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery. Bradley and Cathy J. Cunningham, 61, of Andalusia, who was a passenger in the Expedition, were not injured in the crash.
The crash occurred on U.S. 331 near Friendship Road, in Covington County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
