• The Blazers will have the 15th-easiest schedule in college football, based on their opponents’ combined win total last season (59).
• UAB is facing the 11th-easiest schedule this season (based on its opponents’ projected win total this year).
• Based on their AAC opponents’ combined win total last year, the Blazers will be playing the 68th-ranked conference schedule in terms of toughness.
• UAB will take on five teams this season that went over .500 in 2023. That schedule will pair them against two teams that had nine or more victories and three squads with three or fewer wins last season.
• The Blazers will play four teams who made a 2023 bowl game on their schedule in 2024.

• While the Blazers ranked 13th-worst in FBS in total defense with 435 yards allowed per game last season, it was a different story on offense, as they ranked 18th-best in FBS (449.5 yards per game).
• Despite having a bottom-25 scoring defense that ranked fourth-worst in FBS last season (36.9 points allowed per game), UAB had more success offensively, ranking 51st in FBS by putting up 29.9 points per game.
