Carolyn Virginia Spivey, age 82 of Red Level, passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 16, 2024.

A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 10 a.m., at New Home Primitive Baptist Church in Red Level with Elder Rex Tolbert officiating.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Roy Lee Spivey; sister, Janelle Taylor of Red Level; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Gaston Cowart and Emma Smith Cowart, and her brother, George Cowart.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
