Mr. Pete Garvin, 77, of Andalusia passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2024, at his residence.

Funeral services for Mr. Garvin will be held Saturday, Jan. 6, 11 a.m., at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Lewis Henderson officiating. Interment will follow at Carolina Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. one hour prior to service at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Garvin of Andalusia; his son and daughter-in-law, Rodney (Marie) Garvin; his children, Randy Carter, Steve Carter, Brian Carter, Wendy Benefield, Ashley Watley; his grandchildren, Tyler Garvin, Paige Garvin, Katlyn Qualls, Lexie Ray, Jett Ray, Jodie, Kyler, SJ and numerous others; numerous great-grandchildren; his sisters, Marie Harris, Marilyn Grimes, Carolyn Atkison, Loretta Harrison, Beverly Stubbs, Karen Bozeman; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Steve Carter, Russell Barnes, David Barnes, Luke Barnes, Adam Oswald, and Allen Hinson.

Flowers will be accepted by the family.
