Guardian Angel Christian Academy celebrates grand re-opening with Chamber ribbon cutting

The Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Guardian Angel Christian Academy on Thursday, August 3.
Among those in attendance were GACA Pastors Rev. Travis and Mindy Day, cutting the ribbon; GACA Founders Rev. John and Teresa Hunt, GACA Director Maddie Faust, GACA Daycare Director Courtney Hanks, GACA Camp and After School Director Angela Blackburn, GACA Academy and Daycare Pastor Brooklyn Ruddell, AACC Executive Director Mellisa King, right of ribbon; AACC Director of Membership Services Maggie Holmes, left of ribbon; Chamber President Jennifer McClung, Chamber board members Ginny Grimes, Jason Jessie, Katherine Jones, Trece Mays, Mitch Thorn, Dist. 4 Commissioner Tommy McGaha, City Councilman Presley Boswell, and Andalusia Public Library Assistant Director Caryl Lee Ray.
Guardian Angel is a ministry of Andalusia Full Gospel Tabernacle established in 1995. Guardian Angel Christian Academy is located at 1716 Stanley Avenue in Andalusia. GACA re-launched in 2020 and currently serves the community with students ranging from K4 through the twelfth grade.
Students and teachers began the 2023-2024 school year today and will end Thursday, May 23, 2024.
