CCB announces promotions for six within company

Michael Andrews, CEO of CCB Community Bank, and CCB’s board of directors recently announced officer promotions for the Andalusia, Opp, and Crestview locations.
Allen Burgess has been promoted to Vice President of Loans. He joined CCB as a Loan Officer when he returned to his hometown of Opp in 2018.
Burgess earned a degree in education from The University of Alabama. He is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Charles Monroe Burgess Jr. and brother to attorney Trey Burgess and Dr. Walter Burgess.
Courtney Hudson has been promoted to Cash Management Sales Officer. She has been with CCB for almost nine years, serving most recently as Digital Banking Sales and Support Representative.
Hudson earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in business from Troy University. A native of Andalusia, she and her husband Troy have three children, Mitchell, Lauren, and Lainey Drew. They will be welcoming identical twins in August.
Mark Chambers has joined CCB Financial Services as an Investment Advisor, Vice President. Mark holds a life insurance license as well as a Series 7, 63, and 66 Securities License.
Chambers has been with CCB for 13 years, recently serving as a Loan Officer. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing major from Auburn University. A native of Andalusia, he and his wife, Annie, have one daughter, Holland.
Gemini Fisher has been promoted to Florida Regional Relationship Officer. She has been with CCB for over ten years, most recently, she served as the Florida Regional Relationship Manager.
Fisher is a United States Air Force Veteran with an Associate in Arts degree from Wake Tech College in North Carolina. She has resided in Crestview for 19 years with her two children, Leeya and Jess.
Hannah Culbreth has been promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer in the Andalusia location. She has been with CCB for 12 years, recently serving as a Mortgage Originator.
Culbreth earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Faulkner University. A native of Andalusia, she and her husband, Shane, have two children, Jace and Jamesley.
Amber Ellis has been promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer in the Crestview location. Amber has been with CCB since March of this year. She specializes in secondary market mortgage lending.
Amber brings 28 years of banking experience to the Crestview branch. She has resided in Crestview for over 40 years, where she has raised her three children.
“These individuals have been an integral part of our team. I am confident they will excel in their new positions, and we look forward to seeing the impact they will have at CCB,” Andrews said.
In 2022 CCB Community Bank celebrated 75 years of service and opened its fifth location in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. The bank plans to open its second operations location in Andalusia in 2023. CCB Community Bank’s total asset size is $620 million.
