Following are criminal trials to be heard at the Covington County Courthouse the week of Jan. 23, 2023, with Judge Charles A. Short presiding.
NOTE: Because the defendant Anthony James Siler Jr. is incarcerated, his case shall be tried first on the docket for each day. In the event defendant Siler’s case is not tried, for whatever reason, the cases shall be tried in the order in which they appear on the docket, with the exception of State v. Derek Lee Cartwright. Cartwright shall be tried before Circuit Judge Benjamin M. Bowden.
