Mr. Thomas Wayne Eubanks, 83, of Andalusia passed away Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021, at Andalusia Regional Hospital.

He joins his dear wife, Lenora, in the presence of the Lord, who had gone before him less than 24 hours earlier.

Mr. Eubanks was preceded in death by his parents, Riley and Artimus Eubanks; his wife, Lenora O’Neal Campbell; his daughter, Sherry Major; his son Anthony DeWayne Eubanks (Sarah); and sister, Betty Delaine Parrish (Douglas).

He is survived by his son, William (Billy) H. Eubanks; daughter-in-law, Sarah Eubanks; grandchildren: Tommy Eubanks, Patricia Lynn Eubanks, Bobby Hines, Mandi Davis (Ronnie); great-grandchildren: Tyler and Eli Davis, Hayden Mitchell Brannon; stepchildren: Neal Campbell (Melinda) and Melissa Campbell Richardson (Chuck); step-grandchildren: Tyler Campbell (Saki) and Grayson Campbell (Amber); first cousins: Kathy Beck Grimes (Joe) Weitzel Beck, and Jeanette Harrison.

Mr. Eubanks was a 1957 graduate of Andalusia High School. He served in the Alabama National Guard and was employed with the railroad for several years near Atlanta.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 22, 2 p.m., at Foreman Funeral Home with Brother Derrick Stewart officiating.
