Charlotte Jones Eubanks, 76, of Leeds, AL, passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, after a long battle with cancer.
Visitation will be conducted from 11 a.m. to noon, Saturday, March 20, at Keahey Funeral Home in Andalusia, AL. A celebration of life gathering will follow from 12:30-1:30 at the Martha Dixon Community Room of the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce.
Born January 14, 1945, in Andalusia, AL, she was the daughter of late Henry Alton Jones and Effie Davis Jones. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alan Eubanks, and son, Michael (Rindi) Eubanks. She is survived by her son, Barry (Gail) Brown of Margaret, AL; daughter, Debra (Marc) Defreyn of Lacey, WA; grandchildren, Jennifer (Randy) Rodriguez, Christina (Michael) Green, Rhetta Eubanks, Shea Eubanks, Drew Sullivan, Daniale Brown, Peyton Defreyn, and Alexandra Defreyn; sister, Joyce (Bobby) Smith; and brother, Bill (Janet) Eubanks.
Charlotte loved spending time with her grandchildren and spoiling her many pets over the years. She loved to travel and was a connoisseur of wine and martinis. She collected carousel horses and loved all things Christmas. She competitively raced cars in Germany, bowled, and played dominoes. She graduated from the Arthur Murray School of Dance. She was a woman of many talents. There never was and never will be another like her.
