Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments

May 26, 2011:

• Eric Rhudy, 20, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Carley Whitten, 18, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Matthew Macer, 27, for violation of probation, failure to appear and failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Christopher Hall, 39, for nine counts of cruelty to animals and held on a $27,000 bond.

• Roberto Citron, 43, for four counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of third-degree forgery and third-degree theft of property and held on a $27,000 bond.

• Gary Russell, 50, for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond.

• Nickey Russell, 36, for second-degree receiving stolen property and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Chad Hill, 27, for failure to appear and held on a $496 bond.
