Dr. Laurie Giles Hillstock, a native of Andalusia, launched Hillstock & Associates in August 2019, with one simple goal: to help organizations transition their content and services to an online environment in a quality way. Many organizations have sought advice on how to “Go Virtual”. That is, taking what they would normally do in a face to face setting and move it to an online environment where they can continue their efforts with their current customer base as well as reach more people.

Hillstock & Associates helps organizations do just that. They help design content, identify technology needs, provide related training, and host virtual events. They also help leaders strategize round next steps. They offer eLearning services for businesses, healthcare, higher ed, and non-profit organizations.

The work environment is also paramount. “We have worked hard to reach our goals while maintaining a VERY positive work environment where associates can continually grow, develop, and fail forward. We are not perfect. We have simply decided to make a true investment in human success,” said Dr. Laurie Hillstock, CEO.

“I am very humbled to share that we have faced many challenges this past year. However, the way in which we have chosen to RESPOND (not react) has helped us truly be successful as we continue to grow,” Hillstock continued.

“We are where we are today simply because of the support and guidance we have received from others. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership (Higher Education) and a M.A. in Human Resource Development from Clemson University. She has almost 20 years of experience in eLearning and development.
