Raymond Eugene Cumbie Jr, loving husband and father of three daughters and four stepdaughters passed away at the age of 66.

Raymond was born on February 22, 1954 to Raymond Cumbie Sr and Helen (Long) Cumbie. Raymond graduated from Astronaut High School in Titusville, Florida. On September 22, 1984 he married Peggy Morgan Cumbie. They raised a daughter together and helped raised two daughters from Raymond’s first marriage, and helped raised four daughters from Peggy’s first marriage. Raymond had a passion for bowling, spending time with family and friends, canning and baking zucchini bread. He had a charming smile. Raymond was preceded in death by his mother, Helen (Long) Berry, brother, Henry Lee Cumbie, sister, Teresa Laverne (Cumbie) Hale, granddaughter, Amiya, grandparents, Long and Cumbie and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew and niece.

Raymond is survived by his wife, Peggy 3 daughters, Donna, Terri, and Kayla, 4 stepdaughters, Shannon, Christina, Jerrica and Jessica, father Raymond Cumbie Sr of Georgia, brothers, Michael Cumbie (Michelle) of Alabama, Herbert Cumbie (Kelly) of Alaska, sister, Helena Bernett (Johnny) of Georgia, 11 granddaughters and 14 grandsons and 1 great- granddaughter.  He is also survived by an abundance of extended love ones including numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services for Raymond Eugene Cumbie Jr will be 11AM Tuesday June 9, 2020 at Evans Funeral Home with David Williams officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour before services.
