EDITH BELL TAYLOR
Mrs. Edith Bell Taylor,
Edy to her friends and
family, age 86 of Magnolia
Springs, Ala. and formerly
of Andalusia died on Thu.,
Sept. 11, 2019, at her residence
after a brief illness.
Mrs. Taylor was born in
Andalusia and spent most
of her life here. Mrs. Taylor
was the daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Bell
and the wife of the late Riley
Rousseau Taylor, Sr.
Funeral services for Mrs.
Taylor will be held 2 p.m.,
on Sun., Sept. 15, 2019,
at the St. Paul’s Episcopal
Church in Magnolia Springs,
Ala., with Revered Eric
Zubler officiating.
Interment will be Mon.,
Sept. 16, 2019, in Andalusia
Memorial Cemetery at 11
a.m., with Rev. Cindy Howard
officiating.
Mrs. Taylor is survived
by her children and their
spouses, Marion Bell Dyas
(Craig) of Foley, Al., Riley
Rousseau Taylor, Jr. ( Beth)
of Andalusia, Phillipa Taylor
Fogg (David) of Lexington,
Ky., Julie Taylor Allen
(Doug) of Fairhope, Ala.,
and Vernon Taylor (Lisa) of
Montgomery, Ala.; 14 grandchildren,
16 great grandchildren;
two sisters, Rebecca
Rogers of Palm Beach, Fla.,
and Kaye Bell Grubbs (J.T.)
of Charleston, S.C.
In addition to her husband
and parents, Mrs. Taylor was
preceded in death by two
grandchildren, Riley Rousseau
Taylor III and Dixon
Dyas, a brother, Joe Bell and
a sister, Ann Bell Smith.
Pallbearers will be Daniel
Dyas, Riley Hill Taylor, David
Fogg, Reid Taylor, Riley
Allen and Hoke Smith IV.
Remembrances may be

BARNEY R. WIGGINS
Mr. Barney R. Wiggins,
86, of Andalusia, passed
away Sat., Sept. 14, 2019, at
his residence.
Funeral services will
be at 2 p.m., Tue., Sept.
17, from Foreman Funeral
Home Chapel with interment
in Stone Lake Cemetery.
Brother Ken Jackson will officiate
the service. Visitation
will begin at 1 p.m., Tuesday
at Foreman Funeral Home.
He is survived by two
daughters and sons-in-law,
Pam Wiggins Ray and husband
Victor, Tina Wiggins
Ballard and husband Jimmy
of Andalusia; his grandchildren,
Casey (Dawn) Ray,
Keith Ray, Ashley Ballard,
Megan Ballard (Chris)
Watts, Whitney Ballard,
Catlin (Sarah) Ballard; eight
great grandchildren; a brother
and sister-in-law, Hinton
and Linda Wiggins and
sister, Rosa Nell Walker.
He is preceded in death by
his five siblings, Ocie Wiggins
Owens, Betty Wiggins
Pollock, Lamar Wiggins,
Dorothy Wiggins Carter, and
Buster Wiggins.
Pallbearers will be Keith
Ray, Catlin Ballard, Wade
Wiggins, Kip Wiggins, Mike
Pollock, and Bobby Pollock
