The Andalusia Bulldogs’ B-team put up a strong fight, but fell 43-23  to Northview on Thursday night in Andalusia.

Northview took control of the game early and went up 24-0.

Andalusia never quit and continued to battle.

Big buckets from Jake Wilson and Josh Gurley helped the Bulldogs trim the lead to single digits.

“I told them at halftime that we can’t give up and we have to continue to fight,” Andalusia coach Niguel Jones said. “I feel like we had some guys come out strong in the second half and the shots started falling. We had guys actually battle, be in the game and play hard. That’s what they did. We started slow. The energy is the second half was great. We had a lot of energy.”
