The Splash Hopper Express Wash in Andalusia will have a spooktastic car wash on Wed., Oct. 31, thanks to Telisha Atchison’s love of Halloween.

The Splash Hopper’s Haunted Tunnel will include clown fixtures set up through out the car wash, goody bags filled with candy, employees wearing masks and an F.M. radio station that will play Halloween music through your car.

“Halloween is really my favorite holiday,” Atchison said. “I was kind of iffy at first, but I think it would be a pretty cool idea.”

The employees will not be in the tunnel while the car wash is running, Atchison said. “We will be sort of on the outside of the tunnel peaking in,” Atchison said. “It will be very safe and it will only be our employees dressed up, we won’t have any volunteers or anything like that so we can keep it safe. ”

Atchison asks that all drivers and passenger please stay in their vehicle even if they are scared.

“We are trying to keep it as safe as possible, so please stay in your cars,” Atchison said. “If you don’t want us to scare you then please say something to us and we won’t do anything.”

One of the interesting features will use a F.M. radio transmitter that will allow drivers to listen to spooky Halloween tunes.

The Splash Hopper Express Wash’s Haunted Tunnel will be open Wed., Oct. 31, from 4 p.m., until 9 p.m.
