To the editor:

I don’t know how to put this, but something needs to be done about all of this stuff across the street from us at Hilltop Terrace in Florala. When they tore down the old building across the street and now put up the new place they brought all of the dirt here across from us and it had a lots of sense coming from here. It is still here and there are grass, trees and everything else coming from there. It needs to be something done about this. It makes us all look real ugly here. I have talked to some of our councilmen about this and three more has also. I thought our mayor when he got in was gonna make Florala very pretty. The lake means more to everybody than the rest of Florala making it pretty.

So something needs to be done about this now. I can take picture of this and have it put in the paper, so let’s see about this.
