PLAYING WITH AUTHORITY: PHS Lady Eagles blow out W.S. Neal

The Pleasant Home Lady Eagles traveled to Brewton on Monday night and came home with a massive 43-7 victory over W.S. Neal.
In the opening period, Pleasant Home’s Allie Garner paced the Lady Eagles with four points.
Hope Gunter, Amy Kate Bulger and River Baldwin each had two points in the opening frame.
The Lady Eagles continued to play hard in the second period as they built a 24-4 lead going into halftime.
Baldwin’s six points led the way for the Lady Eagles in the second period.
In the third period, Baldwin accounted for 10 points and was 6-of-8 from the free-throw line.
Not needing anything else, the Lady Eagles called off the dogs in the final period and scored just four points to complete the 43-7 victory.
Baldwin led the Lady Eagles with 18 points, 20 rebounds, five blocks, four steals and four assists.
With the win, the Lady Eagles are 20-4 on the season.
