Covington County roads will open at 1 p.m. today, Wed., Jan. 17, 2018.

Motorists should remain extremely cautious, especially on bridges, of potentially slick road surfaces and limit speed to 15 mph on all county roads. Conditions are likely to become more dangerous overnight, and may become impassable in some areas. Motorists are urged to limit travel under those extremely hazardous conditions.

Covington County offices, including the courthosue, will open at 10 a.m. on Thurs., Jan. 18, 2018.
