The Opp Middle School Bobcats came away with a pair of wins on Tuesday night over Troy and Samson.

7TH GRADE BOYS

OPP 34, TROY 31

The OMS Bobcats picked up a 34-31 overtime win over Troy on Tuesday night.

Opp trailed 28-23 with two minutes left in regulation, but the Bobcats went on 5-0 run to close out the game and force overtime.

In overtime, the Bobcats came out strong scoring the first six points to pick up a 34-31 win.

Terry Davis led the Bobcats with 19 points.

Robbie Gafford added 11 points for the Bobcats.

8TH GRADE BOYS

OPP 47, SAMSON 24

In eighth grade action, the Bobcats surged to a 47-24 victory.

Wyatt Horn led the way for the Bobcats with 11 points in the win.

Jed Donaldson tacked on nine points in the Opp win.

Tanner Hall finished with eight points.

GIRLS

SAMSON 31, OPP 16

Samson came out strong and held off the Lady Bobcats for a 31-16 win.

Vanessa Stoudemire had 13 points for the Lady Bobcats.
