Once again there were plenty of strong performances from Covington County athletes on Friday night, but the following players were key parts to their team’s victories.

Andalusia’s Ethan Wilson had a big night passing as he completed 12-of-14 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns in the Bulldogs 47-7 win over Opp.

Bulldog running back Roosevelt Weaver III picked up his fourth 100-yard game of the season as he rushed 16 times for 144 yards and one score in Andalusia’s win.

Florala sophomore quarterback, Jacob Hammac helped lead the Wildcats to their third-straight win by going 24-of-33 for 285 yards and two touchdowns. Hammac also added 107 yards rushing and one touchdown.

Wildcat’s Shun White hauled in nine catches for 122 yards and one touchdown.

Pleasant Home got a big win over McIntosh behind a three-touchdown performance from senior quarterback Robert Scott.
