LERA LANGFORD ADAMS

Lera Langford Adams, 86, of Andalusia, passed away Mon., Sept. 18, 2017, in the Florala Health and Rehab. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Fri., Sept. 22, 2017, at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Brother Matt Wilson officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Thurs. from 5:30 – 8 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Johnny Fuqua of Andalusia, Ann and Hank Galbreath of Fort Collins, Colo., Mary and Chris Wilson of Murfreesboro, Tenn; her grandchildren, Bo (Lori) Fuqua, Suzy (Kevin) Stockton, Jake Galbreath, Megan Galbreath, Matt (Stacey) Wilson, Rene (Adam) Keeton; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister and brother-in-law, Mildred and James Parrish of Columbia, .S.C.

Pallbearers will be Bo Fuqua, Kevin Stockton, Johnny Fuqua, Hank Galbreath,Jake Galbreath, Chris Wilson, and Jack Ammons.

JAMES WILLIAM BROOKS

James William Brooks, 77, of Opp, passed away Tues. Sept. 19, 2017, at Mizell Memorial Hospital. A memorial graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sat., Sept. 23, 2017, at Peaceful Acres Memorial Gardens in Opp. The family will visit with friends at the cemetery.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James Edward Brooks and Jacquelyn Leigh Meloling of Opp; a grandson, James Daniel Brooks of Anderson, S.C.; and one sister, Louise Buchanan of Abbington, Va.
