The Andalusia Huddle House reached star status among fellow franchisees when it was recognized as a member of the “Best of the Best Club.”

King Aiken, Huddle House’s franchise area manager, said only two percent of Huddle Houses earn this status.

“We look at quality surveys, cleanliness, and the customer service index,” Aiken said. “Fran and Wyatt Sasser have 21 years with Huddle House, and Marlene Carpino is a wonderful manager. We get a lot of positive feedback from our customers.”

Carpino said local manager Aaron Tucker and his 34 employees work as a team.

“They call themselves the dream team,” she said. “We have great customers here, and it is a pleasure to provide them with great customer service.

The Sassers own four Huddle House franchises, including Andalusia, Florala, Enterprise and Troy.
