• Arnold Treadaway, 29, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• Joseph R. Qualls, 32, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Jessie James Clanzy, 70, for public intoxication, and held on a$300 bond.
