• Chad A. Smith, 36, for four counts of failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Melony Willhite, 41, for fraudulent use of a credit card, and held on a $10,000 bond.
• Nikayla Westgate, 30, for illegal possession of a credit/debit card, and held on a $10,000 bond.
• Kelly Rene Scott, 39, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Lewis Madison Whitehurst, 31, for violation of probation and held without bond.
