St. Mary’s Episcopal Church will host a presentation by Sean Dietrich, a columnist and novelist known for his commentary on life in the American South, on Thurs., June 15.

Dietrich’s writing has appeared in The Tallahassee Democrat, The Mobile Press Register, South Magazine, Yellowhammer News, and Thomasville Magazine; and he has authored eight books. He posts to his blog, Sean of the South, daily.

The presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m., at the church (1307 East Three Notch Street).

A book signing and reception will follow in the Parish Hall. There is no charge for this event, but an offering for the speaker’s honorarium will be received.
