Red Level Lady Tigers knock off McKenzie

The Red Level Lady Tigers picked up a big area win with a 19-14 victory over the McKenzie Lady Tigers on Tuesday night in Red Level.
In top of the first, McKenzie took advantage of a couple of Red Level errors to take an early 3-0 lead.
Beth Foshee was hit by a pitch with two outs in the bottom of the first inning and then came around to score on an error off the bat of Tori Hall.
Maggie Wilkerson followed with a single to to left field that allowed Hall to come around to score.
Red Level tied the game in the bottom of the second inning when Ashlyn Jorner drove in a pair of runs with double to center.
Hall gave the Red Level the lead when she drove in a pair of runs with a single.
McKenzie rallied to go on top 10-7 in the top of the third inning.
A double from Alyssa Stewart drove in Wilkerson in the bottom of the fourth.
Red Level took the lead back for good when Joyner ripped a triple to center to score Maryann Vigor and Olivia Whitefield.
Red Level continued to add to its lead and went up 17-12 heading into the fifth inning.
Singles Hall and Wilkerson put Red Level on top 19-13 heading into the final frame.
Joyner led the way for the Lady Tigers with five RBI in the Red Level win.
