Mr. and Mrs. Len Jones of Opp are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Chelsey Anne Jones, to Crawford James (C.J.) Brown, son of Mrs. Rhae Brown and the late Mark Brown of Corry, Pa.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Waller and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jones of Opp.

She is a graduate of Opp High School and a graduate of Huntingdon College with a bachelor of arts in Christian education.

She previously served as the associate director of student ministries and as missions director at Saint James United Methodist Church in Montgomery.

She is currently pursuing her master’s at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Ky.

The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Brundage of Corry, Pa., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Brown of Blasdell, N.Y.

He is a graduate of Corry High School and Geneva College with a bachelor of arts in Christian ministries. He is also pursuing his master’s at Asbury Theological Seminary.

A wedding is planned for June 24, 2017, in Wilmore, Ky.
