• Veneka Gantt, 39, for obstructing government operations, and held on a $3,000 bond.
• Miltonio P. Gantt, 34, for disorderly conduct, and held on a $500 bond.
• Richard A. Justice, 32, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana second, and child support, and held on a $20,500 bond.
• Candida Rose Daw, 33, on hold for another agency
• Lloyd Thomas Martin, 46, for child support and failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Samuel D. Pendergrass, 35, for violation of probation (federal)
• Ronald D. Barker, 38, on hold for another agency.
• Rhonda Henderson, 23, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
• Melanie Gorza, 33, for possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia.
