Little Saints Preschool at LBW Community College in Andalusia is now accepting applications for children ages 3 to 5.

The preschool, located within LBWCC’s Child Development Center near Dream Park in Andalusia, is under the direction of Danita Day, child development program instructor.

Day, who holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Troy University, said the preschool program is designed to teach children in fun ways.

“The Little Saints Preschool offers a fun, safe, learning environment that enhances all areas of a child’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Children will be learning important basic skills while having lots of fun,” she said.

The preschool setting also provides the College’s child development students opportunities to interact with young children and observe the benefit of developmentally-appropriate practices.

Little Saints Preschool will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8 a.m. until noon for spring semester, running Jan. 24 through April 27, 2017. It is open to all children ages 3 to 5.
