• Steven C. Wise, 43, for obstruction of government operations, and held on a $3,0000 bond.
• Joshua A. Butter, 36, for writ of arrest, and held on a $3,000 bond.
• Tracy Diane Cassady, 46, for 10 grand jury indictments, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $66,000 bond.
• Toshan Piland, 33, for failure to appear, and held without bond.
