• Aaron Duane Howard, 45, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• David A. Calloway, 68, for driving under the influence, and held on a $7,500 bond.
• Jesse James Skoda, 43, for domestic violence third, and held on a $500 bond.
