Yard sale fanatics, get ready.

Comfort Care Hospice’s Relay for Life team will hold a “Make Me an Offer Yard Sale” next Friday and Saturday at their office on South Three Notch Street.

“We’ve got clothes, shoes, purses, bedding, some furniture, some dishes,” said Vickie Wacaster of Comfort Care Hospice. “We’ve got some jewelry, toys, books and linens.”

Wacaster said their office looks like they are hoarders.

“We will also have free coffee and lemonade,” she said. “The yard sale is a make me an offer and no reasonable offer will be refused.”

Wacaster said all funds raised will go to benefit Relay for Life.

Through hospice work, the organization sees the effects of cancer on patients and family members.

“I really feel like we make a difference,” she said. “We also have so much fun just visiting with everybody who stops by.”

Wacaster said there’s a possibility they may continue to the yard sale to the next weekend, if everything doesn’t sell.

“Last year, we were able to raise more than $1,000 for Relay for Life,” she said.

The yard sale will be Friday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
