Memorial service set for Turner

A memorial for Florala native Sgt. William Joshua Turner, who went missing during a training exercise off the North Shore of Oahu, Haawaii, will be held Sat., Feb. 27, 2016.
The family will arrive at the Florala Airport, located on Hwy. 331, at 10 a.m. The
Alabama Patriot Guard will lead a procession to the Rodney J. Evans Memorial Civic Center, 22722 Lake Shore Blvd. in Florala.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. A flyover by the U.S. Marines is set for noon.
