Bullock County edges out Straughn

The Straughn Tigers’ varsity boys basketball team saw their season come to and end on Tuesday night when they fell to Bullock County 48-46 in the Class 4A sub-regional in Bullock County.
Keaun Samuel picked up 8 points in the first half and Johnathan Driver had 7 points, but the Tigers trailed 28-24 at halftime.
George had 5 points in the third period and Javaris Samuel dropped in 4 points, but Straughn still trailed 40-36 heading into the final period.
Keaun Samuel led the Tigers with 13 points and Driver finished the night with 12 points.
George finished with 11.
