The annual Relay for Life beauty pageant will be held Jan., 9, 2016, at Solon and Martha Dixon Theater on the LBWCC Andalusia campus.

Admission is $5 and the first pageant will begin at 2 p.m. The second and third pageants will be at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Applications must be turned into Kaci Perry at Andalusia Regional Hospital, P.O. Box 1653 Andalusia AL 36420 by Dec. 30, or a $10 late fee will be charged.

Applications will not be accepted after Jan. 7.

Cost is $25 for contestants to enter, and there is an optional photogenic competition for an additional fee of $10 per contestant for the first photo and $3 for each additional photo.

Optional categories are $5 each or $15 for all four; prettiest smile, prettiest eyes, best hair and best dress.
