The Auburn University Athletics Department Friday announced increased security measures which have been put in place for the 2015 Iron Bowl. Additionally, gates will open at noon Saturday, 21/2 hours prior to kickoff, to allow for smooth ingress and greater inspection entering Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Fans attending Saturday’s Auburn-Alabama football game will see an increased police presence in and around Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Additional personnel from law enforcement agencies will patrol the exterior of the stadium. There will be an increased number of Vapor Wake dogs and K-9 detection teams monitoring the stadium.
In addition to the security enhancements fans will see at Jordan-Hare Stadium, there will be many “unseen” as well.
