• Chad Houston, 39, for kidnapping second and held on a $100,000 bond.

• Calvin Saultz, 25, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.

• Loretta Johnson, 44, for negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Oddesius L. Bryant, 25, for resisting arrest, attempting to elude, possession of marijuana second, possession of drug paraphernalia, and receiving stolen property second, and held on a $26,500 bond.

• Darian T. Hamilton, 24, for attempting to elude, possession of marijuana first, possession of drug paraphernalia, and receiving stolen property second., and held on a $26,000 bond.
